2. Judith Ann Potts (1819 – 1901) – Born 1819 in Daviess Indiana and died 2 Sep 1901 in Wheatland, Knox County, Indiana. Married John Taylor Smith.
3. James Harvey Potts (1822 – 1898) – Born 8 Dec 1822 in Alfordsville, Daviess County, Indiana and died on Aug 23rd 1898 in Alfordsville, Daviess County, Indiana. Married Hannah Edwards.
4. Catherine Potts (1835 – 1903) – Born 1834 in Daviess County, Indiana and died 07 Apr 1903 in Daviess County, Indiana.

What makes Samuel Potts (1791-1856) so interesting is that he is the only know genetic match with the only other “Prussian or Dutch” R1a Potts  – the sample from his descendant is only 2 steps removed from Frederick Potts (1758 -d.?) descendant  – this means there is a very good chance they are related within the documentable time period of colonial American. It is very possible Samuel Pots (1791-1856) is a previously undocumented child of Frederick Potts (1758 – d.?) from Pennsylvania.

Also, It is important to note the 1810 Census from Nicholas Kentucky, pages 7 and 8 lists Samuel Potts as well as two of Fredrick Potts (1758 – d.?) Children – William and Frederick Junior. This coupled with a nearly perfect yDNA match is about as conclusive a set of evidence they are related as one can get.
